Return Policy
We accept returns within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. If you would like to make a return please email us at: info@picomeanslittle.com for address information and confirmation. Returns of unused/unworn merchandise after the 5 day period are eligible for a store credit. Returns must be well packed and insured. pico design is not responsible for items that are lost in the mail.

Please inspect your purchase upon receipt to ensure it is in good condition. While we inspect every piece before it is shipped, it is your responsibility to return any broken pieces to us within the 5 day period noted above. If you are unable to ship the piece back to us within that window, send us an email to notify us. We will confirm receipt of the email and work out a solution.

Please note we do not perform repairs at this time.

Care and Maintenance of Your Little Architecture Purchase
Due to the handmade nature of this collection, care should be taken when wearing or transporting pieces. Teak and ebony wood, though strong, are thin and fragile and should be wrapped in cloth when traveling or not wearing. Wood is not treated and should not be immersed in water. Thin wires should also be protected when the piece is not being worn or when traveling.

Little Architecture jewelry is composed primarily of sterling silver and gold vermeil. With sterling silver, tarnishing is caused by oxidation when it comes in contact with the air, so store in an airtight container. A zipper type plastic bag or a jewelry box will be suitable. If the jewelry does begin to tarnish, lightly scrub the surface with mild dish detergent and water using a soft bristled toothbrush. If the tarnish is more severe, you can try a silver polishing cloth.

For vermeil, an overlay of gold on sterling silver, preventive care is the most important tool against tarnish. Like with silver, keep your vermeil jewelry in an anti-tarnish bag or an air-tight jewelry box. The plating is sensitive to scratching and cleaning so if you need to polish your jewelry, use only a clean soft cloth. DO NOT use a silver polishing cloth as it will remove the 14K overlay from the silver.
